Exercise was a natural pursuit until my early twenties when other interests prevailed. Eventually my body began to show, and feel, the results of a lack of regular physical activity and poor eating habits. A few attempts at regaining fitness yielded some results but not the gains I eventually made while training with a fitness instructor.

Over the course of the past decade I have earned certifications in physiotherapy, nutrition, and various exercise sciences, while functioning as a Personal Trainer. Empowerment through education and lifelong sustainability is what differentiates my approach to exercise and nutrition. From fit fix to contest fit, I have successfully helped numerous individuals to significantly improve their physique and physical fitness through a balanced and integrated approach to exercise and nutrition.

My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my teaching and coaching background in tennis, soccer and volleyball, led me to becoming a certified personal trainer with CanFitPro and AFAA. I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness.

Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to help my clients achieve their goals and adopt a permanent lifestyle of physical and mental well- being. I try to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness. In addition to my fitness credentials I have also studied Holistic Nutrition extensively. My goal as a trainer is to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves and reinvent their goals.
